next step

Well having just recieved my results of a first class honours in BSc Clinical Nursing!!??!! I am now ready to start my job next week! It really feels like the ball is rolling and theres no stopping it. I am scared to be only one of two staff nurses caring for 36 medical elderly patients, but have no doubt this will give me the severe learning curve I need in order to become a copetent nurse!!
Returning from the North last week also made us review a possible move to North Yorkshire-ish next year at the soonest. A town called 'Settle' ticked a lot of the boxes for the life we feel we want but it is a long way off yet. Si is desperately hoping that his next move will be more in line with his passions and that God will make the way clear to us (although I have a feeling its not going to be that clear cut!)
One day at a time feels like the theme so I will learn to be patient, I hope...
